C-Risk collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users request additional information on the CONTACT page of the C-Risk website. When you send C-Risk e-mail or submit information through the Site Contact page, you will be asked to complete information that usually includes certain personal information. As previously noted, personally-identifiable information collected consists of information you provide, such as your name, company name, mailing address, and your e-mail address, telephone number, and your request for information or submission of a RFP. In addition, C-Risk collects certain information that you do not visibly enter, such as your computer’s IP address and domain name, the date of your visit to this Site and “cookie” information.

The information you provide is used specifically for C-Risk to respond to your requests and to contact you about C-Risk or our risk management advisory and consulting services.
