What personally-identifiable information is collected?
C-Risk collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users request additional information on the CONTACT page of the C-Risk website. When you send C-Risk e-mail or submit information through the Site Contact page, you will be asked to complete information that usually includes certain personal information. As previously noted, personally-identifiable information collected consists of information you provide, such as your name, company name, mailing address, and your e-mail address, telephone number, and your request for information or submission of a RFP. In addition, C-Risk collects certain information that you do not visibly enter, such as your computer’s IP address and domain name, the date of your visit to this Site and “cookie” information.
How is personally-identifiable information used?
The information you provide is used specifically for C-Risk to respond to your requests and to contact you about C-Risk or our risk management advisory and consulting services. C-Risk does not share your information with any unaffiliated individuals. However, C-Risk does use some of the information collected from the Site to better serve the needs and interests of our clients, and potential clients, who visit our Site, and to improve the quality of services we provide to you.

C-Risk, through its third-party website designer and hosting service, has implemented reasonable and generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized C-Risk and our third-party vendors are provided access to personally-identifiable information, and these vendors are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, C-Risk, however, cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personally-identifiable information.
