C-Risk is an independent risk management consulting company that provides objective and unbiased risk management advisory and consulting services to project owners, developers and contractors who are involved with large capital construction, infrastructure and transportation projects. C-Risk specializes in structuring effective risk transfer and risk financing mechanisms that eliminate or mitigate liabilities and reduce the total cost of risk on construction projects. C-Risk is also an expert in the formation and implementation of construction wrap-up insurance programs, predominantly, owner-controlled insurance programs (OCIP).
C-Risk provides risk management consulting throughout the United States. The primary market is the Southwestern United States; Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado, and Texas.

C-Risk’s Principal Consultant is David Grenier, who is an experienced risk management strategist and subject-matter expert on construction wrap-up insurance programs, especially owner controlled insurance programs (OCIPs), for large public infrastructure and transportation projects.

C-Risk Historical Timeline
C-Risk was originally established in Chicago, Illinois in 1999. It incorporated as C-Risk, Inc. in the State of Delaware on September 22, 1999. C-Risk relocated to Denver, Colorado in January 2000, and relocated to Portland, Oregon in 2001 shortly after the tragic events of September 11th. C-Risk suspended consulting operations in October 2006. C-Risk, Inc. was dissolved as a corporation in good standing with the State of Delaware on August 15, 2012.
C-Risk was reestablished on July 1, 2016 and restructured as C-RISK, LLC. The State of Delaware issued a Limited Liability Company Certificate of Formation on July 1, 2016 for C-Risk to conduct any and all lawful business for which Limited Liability Companies can be organized pursuant to Delaware statute. C-RISK, LLC was issued a Certificate of Registration by The State of Washington Secretary of State on July 11, 2016. The State of Arizona Corporation Commission issued C-RISK, LLC a Certificate of Registration as a foreign limited liability company in the State of Arizona on June 20, 2017, which is currently the home of David L. Grenier, Principal Consultant and Managing Director of C-RISK, LLC.
