C-Risk is an independent risk management consulting company that provides strategic insight and objective risk management advisory services to project owners, real estate developers, and contractors who are involved with capital construction, infrastructure, and transportation projects. C-Risk specializes in the formation and implementation of effective construction insurance, risk financing, and risk management program structures.
C-Risk specializes in structuring owner-controlled insurance programs (OCIP). C-Risk provides risk management consulting in the United States. Our primary market is predominantly the Southwestern United States; Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado, and Texas.
C-Risk has the construction knowledge, project management experience, and risk management capability to help clients structure and implement effective risk management programs and successful wrap-up insurance programs on large capital construction projects. C-Risk is comprised of experienced risk management professionals who are focused on delivering innovative risk management solutions to leverage contractual risk transfer requirements with risk financing methodologies. The C-Risk target market is public and private project owners who are involved with development of large transportation and infrastructure construction projects.
All C-Risk risk management consulting services are performed under the guidance of a Principal Consultant who is readily accessible to a client by phone, e-mail, or in person. C-Risk’s Principal Consultant is David Grenier, who is an experienced risk management strategist and subject-matter expert on wrap-up insurance programs, especially owner controlled insurance programs (OCIPs), for large public infrastructure projects.
A single-point of contact provides clients with the assurance of C-Risk having a clear understanding of the project scope of work, resource requirements, and completion timeline. C-Risk is committed to providing clients with quality risk management advisory services. C-Risk Historical Timeline
C-Risk was originally established in Chicago, Illinois in 1999. It incorporated as C-Risk, Inc. in the State of Delaware on September 22, 1999. C-Risk relocated to Denver, Colorado in January 2000, and subsequently relocated to Portland, Oregon in 2001 shortly after the tragic events of September 11th. C-Risk suspended its consulting company operations in October 2006. C-Risk, Inc. was dissolved as a corporation in good standing with the State of Delaware on August 15, 2012.
C-Risk was reestablished on July 1, 2016 and restructured as C-RISK, LLC. The State of Delaware issued a Limited Liability Company Certificate of Formation on July 1, 2016 for C-Risk to conduct any and all lawful business for which Limited Liability Companies can be organized pursuant to Delaware statute. C-RISK, LLC was issued a Certificate of Registration by The State of Washington Secretary of State on July 11, 2016. The State of Arizona Corporation Commission issued C-RISK, LLC a Certificate of Registration as a foreign limited liability company in the State of Arizona on June 20, 2017, which is where the C-Risk home office is currently located.
