C-Risk is comprised of independent consultants who are experienced construction insurance and risk management professionals. We provide services exclusively to the construction industry and our target market is primarily project owners in the public and private sector, real estate developers, and general contractors. C-Risk also offers risk management advisory and consulting services to insurance brokers who are focused on construction and require assistance with wrap-up insurance programs or risk management on their projects.

All C-Risk risk management consulting services are performed under the guidance of a Principal Consultant who is readily accessible to a client by phone, e-mail, or in person. C-Risk’s Principal Consultant is David Grenier, who is an experienced risk management strategist and subject-matter expert on wrap-up insurance programs for large public infrastructure projects.

A single-point of contact provides clients with the assurance of C-Risk having a clear understanding of the project scope of work, resource requirements, and completion timeline. C-Risk is committed to providing clients with quality risk management advisory services. Our practical experience combined with our construction industry knowledge and guiding principles for addressing the management of risk, form the foundation on which C-Risk was founded and operates today.
