However, we concentrate primarily on the West Coast and Northwest United States. C-Risk has demonstrated construction industry knowledge, practical project management experience, and established best practice methodologies to effectively structure successful wrap-up programs.
C-Risk is comprised of independent consultants who are experienced construction insurance and risk management professionals. We provide services exclusively to the construction industry and out target market is primarily project owners in the public and private sector, general contractors, and design-builders. C-Risk also provides advisory and consulting services to insurance brokers that are focused on construction as a class of business and require a subject-matter expert on construction wrap-up insurance programs or construction risk management for their projects.
All C-Risk risk management advisory and consulting services are performed under the guidance of a Principal Consultant who is always accessible to a client by phone, e-mail, or in person. The C-Risk Principal Consultant is David Grenier, who is an experienced risk management strategist and subject-matter expert on wrap-up insurance programs for large public infrastructure projects.
